Winter Forecast Contest For CASH!!!

This year on Western, we are trying something we haven't done before. Of course, we know winter is approaching and that means one thing on a weather board... winter forecasts! But this year it gets even better. We have created our first winter forecast contest. Each member that wants to enter will need to issue a national temperature forecast for the winter (dec-feb) by November 15th. The winner will receive $50 dollars!!!
